Customer Service Representative (German, English & French)

For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for people who speak German, English and French and enjoy communicating with others. This is an opportunity to use your language skills every day and gain experience in an international environment. Previous professional experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and internal teams by phone and email in German, English and French.
• Handle day-to-day customer enquiries in line with internal procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Complete administrative tasks related to the supported process.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Follow internal policies and data protection requirements.
• Share ideas for improving daily processes and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, English and French, both spoken and written.
• Confidence in communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in an international team.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, business support or finance is welcome but not required.
