About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Portuguese Speaker) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Portuguese and English, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of delivering exceptional customer service while handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online communication channels.
• Provide professional support to Portuguese-speaking customers.
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Maintain company service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Work efficiently in a remote and target-driven environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
