Customer Service Representative (Remote, Home Services)

Southline Roofing & Exteriors is a family-owned roofing and exteriors company from the Lowcountry (Charleston, SC). We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first voice our homeowners hear.

What you'll do:

📞 Answer calls, messages, and follow-ups with warmth and speed

📅 Schedule inspections and keep appointments running smoothly

🤝 Keep homeowners in the loop from first estimate to final nail

🗂️ Keep our CRM organized so nothing slips through the cracks

What we're looking for:

✅ Customer service experience in the home service industry (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or similar)

✅ Experience working with U.S. clients and fluent, friendly English

✅ Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

✅ Calm under pressure, especially after a storm rolls through

✅ Organized, reliable, and genuinely likes helping people

Nice to have:

⭐ Experience with JobNimbus, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, or a similar CRM

⭐ Experience scheduling appointments or inspections for field teams

What we offer:

💵 USD 1,500–2,000 per month
