Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Prior State Farm experience (required). Must be currently licensed. This is a remote position.
