Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a global client in the FMCG industry.

You will handle customer inquiries and escalations across voice and non-voice channels, provide accurate product and order support, and deliver a high-quality customer experience while adhering to established processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and escalations via voice and non-voice channels.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow quality standards and escalation procedures.
• Identify service gaps and suggest improvements.
• Support new team members with process guidance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service / Contact Center experience.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong understanding of processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent and above.
