In this role, you will assist customers with service inquiries, resolve concerns, and support overall customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and service requests
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services after customer concerns have been fully addressed
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry
• Support team performance goals and overall department success

Work From Home Requirements:

• Reliable internet, minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
• Designated, quiet workspace free from distractions
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
