We are hiring now for a Customer Sales Representative to join our Medicare team. You will help seniors find the right healthcare plan, and earn US$15.00 for every sale with no cap on earnings.

Job Details

• Pay: approx. $1,800 USD/month ($10.00 USD/hour) + US$15.00 uncapped commission
• Location: 100% Remote, only open to candidates living in the Dominican Republic
• Expats: Welcome! Expats living in the Dominican Republic are encouraged to apply.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST
• Type: Full-time, permanent, urgent hire

What You'll Do

• Follow up on leads: Call prospective clients, mostly senior citizens, to discuss available plans.
• Explain plans: Describe benefits, coverage and enrollment steps clearly and accurately.
• Guide decisions: Answer questions, address concerns and help prospects choose.
• Get licensed: Complete your US licensing, with travel and all expenses paid.

What You Need

• Residence: Live full time in the Dominican Republic (required)
• Work eligibility: Eligible to work in the United States (required)
• English: Excellent spoken English (required)
• Experience: 2+ years of recent customer service experience, such as support or call center work (required)
• Travel: Open to traveling to the US for licensing (required)
• Mindset: Hardworking and determined (required)
• Insurance background: Previous insurance experience (preferred, not required)
