What You'll Do:

• Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily regarding prescription benefits
• Research and resolve customer questions using healthcare systems
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email
• Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity goals
• Document interactions and maintain confidentiality

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.54 - $20.54/hr.
