Customer Service Specialist (for Swedish speaking customers) / (Trodo SIA / Latvia)

Role Description: The Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a crucial role in shaping their experience with us. This role demands precision, efficiency, and a positive demeanor to ensure customers feel valued and inclined to return.
