Location: Riga, Latvia | Reports to: Sales Team Lead | Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite) | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Latvia | Language Requirements: Latvian and English at professional level, written and spoken | Company registration number: 40203238081

In this role, you will act as a technical and consultative support to the sales team, focusing on Microsoft Modern Work and Security Workstreams for enterprise clients, contributing your expertise to support upselling and cross-selling opportunities. By understanding Microsoft programs, internal processes, and customer needs, you will help deliver clear, accurate, and business-relevant solutions while building trust with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with technical and consultative expertise in Microsoft Modern Work and Security solutions
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and project discussions to provide technical guidance
• Contribute to upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and solution fit
• Understand and apply Microsoft Modern Work and Security funding programs in customer scenarios
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and solutions
• Follow Microsoft information and share relevant updates proactively with the team
• Build pipeline and qualify customers for Microsoft funding programs based on applicability

What we need to see from you

• Technical knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem, including security and modern workplace solutions
• Ability to conduct meetings, workshops, and participate in project launches
• Experience working in customer-facing roles with both business and technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and curiosity to explore new topics
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• High industry understanding and interest in Microsoft Modern Work and Security products
