Customer Service Specialist, Scheduling & Cell Logistics 100% (Ref. 2814)
Start January 2027 | 12-month contract | 40% Remote
In this versatile role, you will play a key part in coordinating and monitoring patient-related therapy processes, ensuring a seamless flow of information and operations. You will collaborate closely with treatment centers, Patient Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Your main tasks
- Coordinate and monitor therapy and treatment schedules for assigned treatment centers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics-related inquiries
- Ensure an efficient end-to-end process throughout the entire patient journey
- Maintain and manage relevant data and information within the appropriate systems
- Analyze and resolve process deviations and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Support the handling of inquiries related to planning and portal solutions
- Contribute to projects and the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 3 years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry in customer service, patient services, account management, logistics or supply chain
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of customer and service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English is required, along with fluency in either French, German, Spanish or Italian.
