Integration Specialist

Solution Integration Co-Ordinator:

(Not a technical role, more of a PM role with lots of coordination on dependencies with multiple teams).

Work Location – Anywhere in Switzerland

Way of working – Remote working, On need basis might need to travel to Basel, Switzerland office (twice in quarter

Budget: 90K CHF/annum

Responsibilities are already documented below:

Functional-technical integration expert who co-ordinates Operations, business, and technical teams to drive solution readiness, testing, dependencies, and cutover for a large-scale transformation.

• Provide functional governance and coordination to “Operations Core / Adopt” teams for:
• Meeting design objectives and timelines, identify impediments in CD progress and
• UAT scenarios writing, prioritization and country review
• Integration System readiness, ensure the testing scope is aligned according to UAT priorities,
• Integration System / UAT test data readiness: ensure cookbook is updated and golden data selected according to IS / UAT scenario needs
• Support cutover planning from OPS standpoint
• Personally own and drive resolution of major cross-functional impediments and dependencies for Operations involve other functions and adopt teams as required
• Collaborate with Technical leads supporting timely build progress with functional from “Operations Core / Adopt” teams
• Provide functional input for cutover planning
• Provide functional guidance to:
• Operations Core and Adopt Solution Leads
• Operations Core and Adopt Workstream leads and experts
• TD R5.0 Operations Build Leads
