Customer Service & Travel Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service & Travel Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with travel research, itinerary design, and booking services across accommodations, transportation, tours, and vacation packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Research travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and local activities tailored to client preferences and budgets.
• Prepare and present customized travel itineraries and price quotes to clients.
• Process travel bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and tour packages using company-provided tools.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trips to manage itinerary adjustments, handle travel inquiries, and resolve service issues.
• Maintain organized records of client bookings, reservations, and customer interactions in our system.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Eligibility & Residency: Must be at least 18 years of age, currently reside in the United States, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency with web browsing, email communication, online research, and web-based tools/applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer-service approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing reservation dates and client travel details.
• Reliable self-management skills to complete tasks accurately during scheduled working hours.
• Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and telephone service in a quiet home workspace.
• Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
