We are looking for a part-time Customer Services Advisor to join our award winning Contact Centre Team in Hertford.

You'll be speaking to our customers and supporting them with a range of queries. Collaborating with colleagues across the business for answers where needed.

You could be reporting repairs, answering questions about rent payments, handling complaints, reporting anti social behaviour and other general enquiries around rehousing and SNG.

What you need to know

• You'll need to be able to start with us on the 14th December
• The salary will be £22,324 (£28,000 full time equivalent)
• You be working 8.30am - 4.30pm on a Monday and 9.00am - 2.30pm Tuesday - Friday
• The first 6 months will be based in our Hertford office, you'll then move to hybrid working
• This role is permanent
• You'll need to be available over Christmas, although we close at 1.00pm on Christmas Eve and all of the bank holidays!
• We will be interviewing on the 16th and 17th November in Hertford

About you

You will have experience working in a busy customer service environment, focusing on a great customer experience and the resolution of customers queries.

This is an incredibly rewarding job in a great team, but you'll need to be resilient and able to have, sometimes difficult conversations with our customers.

You'll have the ability to take responsibility for the service you deliver, a professional attitude, good timekeeping and reliability.

You will be using our IT systems to help solve the customers queries, and recording and searching for information, so excellent IT skills including MS Office and Outlook are a must. Alongside the ability to adapt to our customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
