Customer Solutions Architect

- We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead system architecture, client-facing technical engagement, and engineering delivery for AI-driven solutions serving enterprise clients across insurance, banking, and healthcare.
What you'll do:
- Design scalable backend systems and microservices using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and GCP
- Architect integrations with AI/LLM, OCR, and workflow automation
- Lead technical discussions with enterprise clients and explain solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Create and present system architecture and C4 diagrams
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring delivery quality and timelines
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in web application development and system integration
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, REST APIs, microservices, and GCP
- Proven experience in system architecture and technical team leadership
- Strong English communication skills
- AI/LLM integration experience is highly preferred
