Customer Succes Manager DACH

Sundo is a dynamic startup based in Kortrijk, Belgium, that has been fighting skin cancer since 2020. Why? Because 1 in 5 people will develop some form of skin cancer before the age of 75. Our innovation? The world’s first smart sunscreen dispenser. Only a few summers later, our devices can be found at over 1.000 permanent locations across the Benelux, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France. Our dispensers, and your future teammates, are also present at many major events such as Southside Festival, Tomorrowland, F1 GP in Austria and many more.

You are the kind of person who brings clarity when things get busy. You communicate clearly, follow up properly and are reliable. Internally, people can count on you to keep projects moving, you connect the right people and turn loose ends into concrete next steps. You are goal-oriented, self-driven and proactive. You take ownership before someone has to ask. You enjoy organising, solving practical issues and improving the way things are done. When something goes wrong, you do not panic or point fingers. You look for the cause, fix what needs to be fixed and help make sure it does not happen again.

You will be the main point of contact for customers in the DACH region. You combine customer contact with project follow-up and internal coordination. You’re the main responsible for customer satisfaction and translate the wishes from our customers into team orders.

• Customer onboarding: You guide new customers through onboarding and make sure they clearly understand how Sundo works. You organise kick-off calls and go through topics such as personalisation, devices, planning, our dashboard and practical arrangements.
• Internal coordination: You collect the right information from the customer so production and operations can move forward. You follow up on personalisations, deadlines and installation moments. You work closely with sales, production, logistics and operations to make sure everything is on time.
• Customer contact: You proactively keep customers informed, so they never feel they have to chase information. You follow up on questions, feedback and complaints, and make sure customers receive a clear answer. You help improve our service, communication and overall customer experience. You spot commercial opportunities and share them with the sales team.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or English.
• You speak and write German comfortably.
• You can communicate with customers in a professional and clear way.

· You enjoy bringing structure to moving projects, keeping track of details and making sure nothing falls between the cracks.

• You stay calm when several projects are running at the same time.

· You are self-driven and hands-on. You take ownership, make decisions and move things forward without waiting for every next step to be spelled out.

• You are customer-focused, but you also know how to manage expectations.

· You stay practical and solution-oriented, especially when things do not go as planned. You focus on what needs to happen next.

· You see complaints, delays or mistakes as useful input. Not as setbacks, but as opportunities to improve our processes and customer experience.

• Experience in customer success, project management, account management or operations is a plus.
