📍 Dublin | Hybrid / Remote within EU Time Zone

🕒 12 weeks | Part-time or Full-time | Flexible start

About the Role

Voice Health is a fast-growing health-tech startup using AI to improve how US healthcare practices manage patient access, scheduling, onboarding and front-desk operations.

We are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Associate who wants to learn fast, take ownership and grow with a small, high-performing team.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with customers, founders, sales and product from day one.

What You’ll Do
  • Support customer onboarding and go-live
  • Join customer and sales calls, capture actions and drive follow-ups
  • Help customers get measurable value from the platform
  • Maintain CRM, customer health and pipeline information
  • Support sales collateral, case studies and customer communications

You should be:

  • A persuasive communicator who can build trust and influence customer decisions
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Proactive and able to take ownership
  • Curious about AI, SaaS and healthcare
  • A fast learner who wants responsibility early


Experience in Sales or Customer Success with US customers is a strong plus.

Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, EHRs, CRM tools or startups is also valuable.
