Who we are looking for:
A highly communicative person who is proactive and passionate about our services and also the clients they serve. Being the main point of contact for the clients, with day-to-day communication to ensure all their needs are met, share updates on the campaign status and metrics, and answer any client questions. The Client Success Manager works closely with the Service Delivery Manager and is a mediator between the clients and the team.
