Introduction
Systrends delivers market-leading regulatory compliance software to the U.S. energy industry. Our core products enable the preparation and transmission of regulatory filings to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Today, hundreds of the nation’s largest energy companies—including grid operators, utilities, pipelines, and law practices—trust our suite of solutions to perform mission-critical FERC reporting.
With that said, we're only just getting started. With upcoming regulatory catalysts and long-term tailwinds pushing for modernization in energy data standards, we are strategically positioned to leverage our strong relationships and trusted reputation to become the leading provider of energy compliance software. To help us do so, we are looking for a proactive and thoughtful Customer Success Manager (CSM) to serve as a trusted partner to the CFO's office within large utilities and pipelines.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead enterprise clients' adoption, retention, and growth of our financial forms reporting solution. Working proactively across support, sales, and product, you will strengthen product adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure customers derive maximum value from and achieve desired outcomes with Systrends. This is not a reactive support role—it’s a strategic position focused on building and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-critical software company at a moment of reinvention, where your voice will be heard and your work will shape how we grow. If you are customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and deeply motivated by helping customers succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

Connect our customers to their peers to create a supportive and collaborative environment within the community
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and engineering to solve complex client challenges
Stay up-to-date with regulations, trends, and developments in the energy industry
Use industry knowledge to provide clients with insights and advice on navigating regulatory challenges and best practices
Who You Are
You are a thoughtful, organized relationship-builder who thrives at the intersection of technical problem-solving and customer empathy. You listen closely, anticipate needs, and deliver consistently. You can zoom in to handle detailed onboarding tasks and zoom out to influence strategic account health. Above all, you genuinely care about the customer’s experience and are always looking for ways to make it better.
