Customer Success Manager

This employer is a high-growth technology company focused on delivering enterprise-grade software solutions to help organizations optimize their internal workflows and operational efficiency. They are seeking a founding Customer Success Manager to establish their presence and lead strategic account management across the APAC region.

The Role

• Own a defined portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, overseeing the full customer journey from initial adoption to long-term value realization.

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-touch accounts, building multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure customer health and success.

• Develop deep product and domain expertise to provide tailored guidance, configuration advice, and best-practice strategies for complex hiring workflows.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, support, and operations to advocate for customer needs and refine regional support processes.

• Serve as the founding member of the regional customer success function, contributing to the development of playbooks and operational standards as the business scales.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, specifically managing complex, configurable enterprise products.

• Proven ability to manage a strategic book of business, with a focus on driving engagement, adoption, and long-term customer outcomes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in change management and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating customer risk.
