Company Description
Borrah is a growth-focused platform that helps appointment-based businesses attract and manage customers without the high cost of traditional agencies. We offer a single integrated system that manages content, ads, leads and bookings, so businesses no longer need multiple disconnected tools. By streamlining customer acquisition, Borrah lets businesses focus on delivering their services and keeping their calendars full. Founded in Ireland, we work with 100+ clinics and are growing fast.
We are hiring seven people across four roles: two Customer Success Managers, two Sales Executives, two Onboarding Specialists and one Head of Operations. This post is for the Customer Success Manager role, and we are hiring two.
Role Description
The Customer Success Manager owns the relationship with our clinics after they go live. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be the person clinics trust to get results, keep their calendars full and stay with us long term. You will work closely with the Head of Operations, onboarding and sales.
Responsibilities
• Own a portfolio of clinics and be their main point of contact after go-live.
• Run regular check-ins, review results with clinics, and make sure they see the value we deliver.
• Spot risk early, including low engagement, underperformance and slow response, and act before it becomes churn.
• Manage renewals and look for ways to grow account value.
• Feed customer insight back to the product and operations teams.
• Keep accurate records in our CRM and report on account health.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management or a similar role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
• Proven record of retaining customers and handling renewals.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain results and value to non-technical customers.
• Comfortable using a CRM and data to track account health.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a large portfolio of accounts.
• Experience working with appointment-based businesses (clinics, salons, studios) is an advantage.
What We Offer
• A role at the centre of a fast-growing company, with clear room to progress.
• Competitive salary and a hybrid working arrangement in Dublin.
• Direct access to the founders and a team that values your input.
