Hiring a CSM 👋

They're an AI startup in Amsterdam, YC-backed and growing fast. Their AI agents handle customer support for some big names.

They need someone early. You’d own customers from onboarding to renewal and help build the CS team around you.

I’ll save you some time.

Great CSMs from Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP. Too corporate.

Support or sales people with Customer Success in their title. Not the same job.

Strong CSMs who only speak English. They need another language.

So, someone who’s owned a portfolio at a startup or scale-up. Who gets into the APIs and integrations themselves. Who doesn’t panic when the plan changes on a Tuesday. And who speaks Dutch, German, French, Spanish or a Nordic language as well as English.

It’s fast. Really fast. I’m telling you now so it’s not a surprise later.

EU remote, Amsterdam office if you want it. Good salary, OTE and loadsa secs.
