Customer Success Manager

You've handled back-to-back client calls, kept your notes straight, and stayed on top of follow-ups without missing a beat. Now you're ready to own more. About us:

GoPancham is an Inc. 5000 remote marketing agency, 50+ team members, 200+ active fitness business clients. As a Client Success Manager, you'll own your client relationships, lead the growth plan for each account, and work daily with our media buyers, creative strategists, and designers.

What we're looking for: ✅

• 3+ years in client success, account management, or digital marketing, ideally in a startup, scaleup, or agency
• Client-facing call and communication experience
• Experience in digital marketing and working with paid ads
• Clear, confident spoken English. Clients need to follow you easily on calls
• Based in Poland and available 9am to 5pm US Eastern (3pm to 11pm Poland time), Mon to Fri
• Strong time management, resourceful, finds answers before asking

Nice to have: CRM experience, fitness industry
