Customer Success Manager at SanityDesk

Curiosity will be a great advantage of yours as your role would be to get a basic understanding of the client's business and think about how our solution can help to achieve their goals both tech-wise or strategy-wise. You will become a trusted advisor to your clients on a daily basis. You will spend the majority of your time helping your customers and the marketing experts to start using our product through a thorough onboarding, showing them the tool and what they can do with it. You will also be responsible for maintaining processes between your clients and the marketing experts; maintaining the reputation of the marketplace; performing quality check & certification for the makerters we are getting on board.
