Customer Success Manager - Healthcare
Remote (United States)

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.
Lead regular business reviews to discuss KPIs, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
Partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
Support renewal conversations and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Requirements
Your Expertise
3–5+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare services experience
.
Strong knowledge of billing, coding, claims management, accounts receivable, and the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle.
Experience managing complex healthcare client relationships.
Proven success supporting account growth, renewals, or business development.
Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
Experience in an RCM outsourcing, healthcare BPO, or consulting environment.
Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
CRCR certification and EMR platform knowledge are a plus.
