We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who understands healthcare recruiting, compliance, and workforce challenges — and can help our clients maximize adoption and impact with our AI Recruiter platform. What You’ll Do Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of healthcare clients — from onboarding to ongoing account management. Lead implementations and onboarding , including integration with hospital HRIS/ATS systems (Workday, Infor, Oracle, etc.), credentialing processes, and data migration. Develop success plans that align Symbal’s AI Recruiters to each client’s critical hiring goals (time-to-fill, cost per hire, nurse retention, compliance). Train and enable client teams , from recruiters to hiring managers, on how to maximize usage and performance of Symbal’s AI Recruiters. Analyze and present ROI metrics — candidate engagement, cost savings, fill rates, retention — to demonstrate value and secure renewals or expansions. Be the voice of the customer internally, shaping product roadmap, reporting bugs, and surfacing feature requests to the engineering team. Drive adoption and upsell new modules (AI Sourcing, AI Reference Check, AI Coach, etc.) based on client needs. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless client experience across high-volume healthcare hiring. What You’ll Bring 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or healthcare/clinical recruiting contexts. Deep understanding of healthcare workforce challenges , including high-volume nurse/clinician recruiting, compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, Joint Commission), and multi-site operations. Strong project management and communication skills; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, Compliance, and Operations. Data-driven mindset — comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and presenting performance results to senior leadership. Passion for AI and healthcare technology and an eagerness to drive adoption of transformative tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where priorities evolve quickly.
