Customer Success Manager | Implementation & Client Growth

Help clients start strong, see value and grow with Respage.

Respage helps multifamily communities connect with renters and residents through marketing, reputation management and AI-powered technology. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who makes that technology work for people.

You'll guide clients through their first 90 days, then build the relationships that support long-term success. You'll help clients use their services, solve problems and identify the right opportunities to expand across their properties.

What you'll do
• Lead kickoff, implementation and the first 90 days of training and adoption.
• Be a trusted, proactive contact for your assigned clients.
• Connect services and results to each client's goals.
• Coordinate solutions and follow through on issues.
• Recommend relevant upsells and expansions that fit each client's needs.
• Keep commitments, account activity and project details organized.

What you'll bring
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, implementation or similar client-facing work.
• Clear communication, strong organization and dependable follow-through.
• Comfort learning software, solving problems and managing multiple accounts.
• A consultative approach to growth: listen first and recommend what fits.
• Comfort using AI daily to work smarter while checking its accuracy.

Multifamily or digital-marketing experience is helpful, but your ability to learn, solve problems and care for clients matters most.

Starting salary: $60,000 annually.
Remote. Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio or Florida.
