Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement. Relay customer insights to the product team for future enhancements. Serve as the main point of contact for resolving significant customer issues. Monitor data to identify peak call times and adjust receptionist schedules. Build strong relationships to convert customers into company advocates.
