Early-Career Customer Operations | B2B SaaS and Hospitality Technology
Athens, Greece | Hybrid | Full-time | Works closely with Customer Success and Account Management
Triparound is a B2B hospitality technology company building the operating and commerce platform for everything guests travel for beyond the room.
We help premium hotels, resorts, branded residences, villa groups, and other complex hospitality businesses manage and commercialize the services that shape the guest journey, including dining, wellness, transfers, activities, events, and more, through one operational and guest-facing system.
We are looking for an ambitious early-career Customer Success & Onboarding Associate to help customers get up and running with Triparound and feel confident using it. You will begin by working closely with experienced colleagues, learning the product and our customer workflows in depth, and taking responsibility for structured, repeatable parts of onboarding, training, support, documentation, and customer records.
This is a role for someone who wants to learn quickly, asks thoughtful questions, takes initiative, and follows work through to completion. You do not need to arrive knowing everything. You do need the drive to master the product, the discipline to stay organized, and the judgment to ask for help or escalate when needed.
Over time, you may take on standard onboardings and selected lower-complexity customer responsibilities independently. Growth toward Customer Success or Account Management is possible based on performance, capability, and business need; it is not automatic.
In your first months, you will learn Triparound's product, customers, and working processes by shadowing experienced colleagues and supporting live onboarding, training, and support work.
As you demonstrate product knowledge and reliable follow-through, you will independently deliver standard training, manage assigned onboarding workstreams, resolve first-line support questions, and maintain clear customer records and help materials.
The role begins with execution rather than strategic account ownership. Renewals, commercial negotiations, executive customer relationships, complex technical integrations, and product commitments remain with the relevant senior owners.
- Keep assigned onboarding tasks, customer inputs, timelines, risks, and next steps accurate and current through go-live.
- Prepare and deliver clear, practical customer training remotely and, when useful after ramp-up, on site.
- Respond to first-line customer support questions, investigate the issue, resolve it or escalate it to the right owner, and close the loop with the customer.
- Create and update help articles, guides, FAQs, and short training materials under agreed standards.
- Maintain accurate customer, onboarding, training, and support activity in HubSpot and the team's working tools.
- Capture customer feedback, bugs, and requests in a structured way and route them to the right internal owners without making unapproved commitments.
- Identify repeated questions, process gaps, and opportunities to make onboarding or support clearer and more efficient.
- Support the Customer Success and Account Management team with preparation, coordination, and reliable follow-through on agreed customer actions.
- Onboarding quality: assigned work is completed accurately and on time, risks are surfaced early, and customers are ready for go-live.
- Customer confidence: training is clear and practical, and users understand how to complete the workflows relevant to them.
- Support ownership: questions receive timely, thoughtful follow-through and are resolved or escalated appropriately without losing the customer loop.
- Knowledge quality: help materials are accurate, easy to use, and reduce repeated questions.
- Data discipline: customer and onboarding records are complete, current, and reliable for the wider team.
- Learning progression: product knowledge, judgment, and independence increase consistently over time.
- Early-career readiness: You may be at the start of your career or bring up to two years of experience in a customer-facing, service, training, or coordination role.
- Drive and learning velocity: You are hungry to learn, absorb feedback quickly, and put new knowledge into practice.
- Ownership: You take responsibility for assigned work, keep commitments visible, and close loops rather than waiting to be reminded.
- Customer mindset: You are patient, practical, and motivated to help people become confident with a new system.
- Clear communication: You can explain steps simply, listen carefully, and write concise, useful updates.
- Organization: You can manage multiple tasks, details, and deadlines without losing accuracy.
- Problem-solving judgment: You investigate before escalating, ask good questions, and know when an issue needs a more experienced owner.
- Technology comfort: You enjoy learning software and can become fluent in a detailed B2B product.
- Excellent English: Triparound operates in English. All interviews and the practical assessment will also be conducted in English, including for candidates based in Athens.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, technology, or another service-intensive environment.
- Exposure to SaaS onboarding, customer training, customer support, or account coordination.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, help-desk software, knowledge-base tools, or similar systems.
- Practical use of AI tools for research, drafting, documentation, or organizing work.
- Additional languages relevant to international hospitality customers.
- Real responsibility early: Contribute to live customer work from the start and see the impact of your execution.
- Close coaching and fast learning: Learn the product, customer workflows, and hospitality technology alongside experienced colleagues.
- An earned development path: Take on greater onboarding and customer responsibility as your judgment, knowledge, and results grow.
- Broad industry exposure: Work with premium hospitality businesses and learn how different departments manage the guest journey beyond the room.
- Competitive package: Receive a competitive salary and benefits aligned with the role and your experience.
- Hybrid model: Work typically two to three days per week in our Athens office, balanced with remote work and occasional customer travel when useful.
- Real industry impact: Help hospitality teams deliver more connected guest experiences and make their daily work clearer and more effective.
We value ownership, curiosity, honesty, and a bias toward action. We expect people to ask questions, challenge weak assumptions respectfully, use feedback, and carry commitments through to completion.
This role is for someone who brings energy and ambition, enjoys helping customers, and wants to earn broader responsibility through dependable work and continuous learning.
- Please share your CV and a short note explaining why this kind of customer-facing role appeals to you and what you would want to learn in your first year at Triparound.
