We’re now looking for a
Customer Success Representative
to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our brand – guiding players through our platform, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, and making every interaction a positive experience.
What You’ll Do:
Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other channels.
Assist customers in navigating our platform and understanding its features.
Gather and share customer feedback to help improve the player’s experience.
Monitor satisfaction metrics and contribute ideas to increase engagement and loyalty.
Work in rotating shifts, including evenings and nights.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in customer service, support, or another client-facing role.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
A quick learner who can explain complex systems in a clear and simple way.
Resilience under pressure and commitment to meeting deadlines.
