Customer Support Agent

We build and look after business software for clients. Once it's live, their users write to us.

This job answers them. Remote, anywhere in Turkey, full-time.

Most questions are simple. How do I export this? Why can't I see that customer? Who changed this record?

You answer by email and chat, show people where things are, and reset access when it's needed.

When something is really broken, you write down what the user did and send it to the developers as an example they can repeat.

You also keep the help pages current, so the same question doesn't come in twice.

You've done some customer support, help desk or contact centre work. Internships count.

You write clear English and you're patient with people who are stuck.

Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom: any of these helps.
