Location
This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and follows a hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
What You Will Do
- Provide end-to-end customer and technical support across our global product portfolio, taking ownership of customer requests, incidents and service issues from initial analysis through resolution, with timely follow-up, clear communication and escalation when required.
- Manage operational customer relationships, maintain high service levels and provide clear communication and reporting through regular service calls and meetings.
- Provide customer-focused technical and functional support, coordinating migrations and changes by analyzing requirements, defining timelines and working with customers, external providers and internal experts.
- Identify opportunities to improve our service offering and share feedback with internal stakeholders.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience, with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to build trusted, effective relationships with customers, external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
- Experience in financial markets and good knowledge of market data, including real-time APIs. Experience with financial regulatory topics, such as MiFID, Basel or similar frameworks, is a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and technical workflows, structure complex problems and explain technical topics in a clear and simple way.
- Self-driven, analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international environment. Comfortable working with digital tools and interested in using AI to improve efficiency and customer support processes.
- A curious mindset, with an eagerness to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills.
