Customer Support Agent with Hungarian and English

Our team is currently expanding, and we are looking for a Customer Support Agent with Hungarian and English to join our mission. Main Responsibilities:  Provide technical and financial support to customers via email and live chat; Assist with software installation, account registration, and platform operations; Research and resolve client queries to ensure full satisfaction and case completion; Verify request details to maintain high standards of security and accuracy; Educate users on the company’s financial instruments and diverse trading services; Collaborate with team members to improve a product used by thousands worldwide. Requirements:  Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and verbal); Strong computer literacy and excellent typing skills for efficient communication; Analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision; Willingness to work on a rotating schedule to support global operations (Mon-Friday, no night shifts); Finance background or prior customer service experience is a plus.
