About the Role
As a Customer Support Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our support system, acting as the primary liaison between customers, chefs, and our internal team. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth communication, resolving issues, and maintaining the exceptional service standards that Eat Cook Joy is known for.
This is a part-time role (10 hours per week) that requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a deep understanding of the private chef industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Assist clients in navigating our platform and resolving issues related to bookings, dietary preferences, and more.
Proactively gather and share customer feedback to improve overall satisfaction.
Chef Support:
Provide guidance to chefs using the platform, offering insights from your understanding of their needs and challenges.
Act as a resource to chefs, helping them resolve client-related issues and streamline their operations.
Maintain clear and effective communication between chefs and clients.
Operational Support:
Collaborate with the internal team to optimize workflows and address recurring support trends.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all customer and chef interactions to improve processes.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years in the private chef or food service industry, with hands-on experience working directly with clients.
Prior experience in a customer-facing or support role is highly preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
An empathetic, customer-first approach to support.
Location and Availability:
Based in Texas, with the ability to work remotely and attend occasional in-person meetings.
Available for 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
