Hiring REMOTE Customer Support Representatives - Multiple positions immediately available. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Create, update, and track support tickets through to resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and follow up until they're closed.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and share feedback to help improve products and service.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze client feedback.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
