Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative proficient in any of the given languages Danish/Dutch/German/French/Norwegian plus English. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing efficient and effective support through various communication channels such as email, chat, or phone. You will ensure customer satisfaction by troubleshooting problems, delivering resolutions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
Exceptional Communication skills in any of the languages here Danish/Dutch/German/French/Norwegian plus English
EU Citizen or valid work permit holder (Greece)
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving approaches
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
Experience in customer-facing roles and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
Patience, empathy, and an ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
