Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner Provide information on services and assist clients with account-related questions Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system Collaborate with team members to identify and escalate complex issues Assist in the development of customer support resources and documentation Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer support processes Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in using computers and customer service software Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and a passion for helping others Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
