Customer Support Specialist - OneArc Simulation Support (PRG) We are a well-established team based in Prague (Czech Republic), developing world-leading military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. You will serve as a key liaison between our users and internal teams, directly interacting with customers via email, phone, or on-site visits. You will handle the full cycle of customer experience—from installing, configuring, and troubleshooting OneArc software to ensuring orders are packed and dispatched, and assisting with live demos and special events. You are fluent in spoken and written English. Nice to have: Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with BAE Systems OneArc products, such as VBS and ArmA. Basic ArmA/VBS scripting, terrain creation, 3D modeling, or basic programming skills. Fundamentals in networking and operating system administration. Prior customer service experience using CRM tools. Additional European language skills.
