Profile Requirements: Minimum 2.5 years of experience in a customer support or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to quickly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. Experience with customer support software, CRM systems, and helpdesk tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Good to have not mandatory would be experience with accounting/finance Core responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. Assist customers with order processing, account management, and product/service information. Identify customer needs and provide recommendations for products or services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic support.
