We are looking for an experienced Customs Declarant to join our team in Kazakhstan. If you have strong customs knowledge, enjoy solving clearance challenges, and take pride in accurate and timely work, we would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process import and export customs declarations.
• Review invoices, packing lists, transport documents, contracts, certificates and other clearance documents.
• Verify HS/EAEU commodity codes, customs values and other declaration information.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information before declaration.
• Communicate with customers to resolve technical customs questions.
• Monitor customs clearance and respond to customs authority requests.
• Coordinate closely with our Operations & Customer Service team.
• Maintain accurate customs documentation and records.
• Keep up to date with Kazakhstan and EAEU customs requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Practical experience in customs declaration and clearance in Kazakhstan.
• Good knowledge of Kazakhstan and EAEU customs requirements.
• Experience with HS classification and customs documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage several customs files and priorities simultaneously.
• English skills are an advantage.
