Job Title: Customs Entry Writer Company/Industry: International freight forwarder Location: Garden City, NY Salary: $60-75K/yr Commensurate with experience + benefits Status: Direct Hire, FT Mon-Fri On-Site (hybrid after 90 days) Key Responsibilities: Enter and manage customs data using CargoWise Prepare and sort documents for entry processing Maintain logs and records for tracking purposes Review discrepancies and advise supervisors as needed Support file maintenance and record keeping Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Customs Entry Clerk/Writer Strong typing and organizational skills Detail-oriented with excellent time management Must have hands-on experience with CargoWise Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $75,000.00
