Every NOBA customer relationship starts with an application. You will make it count.
As CX Development Manager, you will lead the development of our digital customer journeys across our brands and products. Your main focus is the path from started application to onboarded customer, and your scope also includes other digital customer interfaces, such as logged-in customer pages and apps. You are the front door for change. You drive what gets prioritized, make sure it is built right, and work with experimentation and tracking to prove with data that it worked.
Why this is a challenge worth taking
Digital Experience & Optimization is a new function within the CMO area. Our systematic, data-driven approach has already delivered clear results at Bank Norwegian, and now we are taking it to more brands and products. You will help define how that works in practice, in a regulated environment where every change must be both effective and compliant, and with many stakeholders pulling in different directions. We are also actively exploring how AI and agents can make the way we work more efficient, and you will help put that into practice.
You will work side by side with UX/UI, CRO, tracking & measurement and digital governance, and closely with Product Management, Product & Tech, Brand & Communication, Performance Marketing, Customer Engagement & Monetization, and Legal & Compliance. In this role you will report directly to Head of Digital Experience & Optimization, Fredrik Jansson.
What you will do
Be the front door for change: receive, qualify and prioritize requests from across the business, and keep a transparent backlog and roadmap. Application and onboarding are the main focus, alongside other digital customer interfaces.
Align with the business: make sure priorities for the digital customer interfaces fit with the commercial product roadmap and goals.
Find and size the opportunities: use data and analytics to see where customers drop off or run into friction, quantify the problem, and build business cases with expected impact.
Turn ideas into buildable requirements: write clear, testable requirements with acceptance criteria and measurement points that developers can build from.
Lead delivery to proven results: drive initiatives across UX, experimentation, tracking and governance, take part in acceptance testing, and make sure changes are validated through A/B tests and followed up over time, not just at launch.
Who you are
You are proactive and curious. You bring the ideas instead of waiting for an order. You think analytically, build a strong case, and bring people with you, even when priorities compete. You believe AI and agents can make our work more efficient, and you want to be part of making that happen. You lead with warmth and are not afraid to say no with good reasons.
You bring
Solid experience leading projects with many stakeholders and competing priorities.
Documented experience specifying and assessing UX/UI in conversion-critical digital flows.
Experience writing requirements that developers can build from.
A strong analytical mindset and the ability to use analytics tools independently, including sizing a problem yourself rather than relying on others for an initial analysis.
Hands-on ability to use AI tools to create value and efficiency in your daily work, for example in analysis, requirements and documentation.
Commercial skills to calculate and argue for initiatives.
Fluency in English and Norwegian or Swedish.
It is a plus if you have
Understanding of financial products, such as lending and credit.
Enough technical understanding to talk releases, integrations and tracking with developers.
Enough regulatory knowledge to know when to involve Legal & Compliance.
In addition to this, it is important to us that you recognize yourself in our values: we are wholehearted, we collaborate and we take the lead.
If you want to reuse your previous test results, you need to apply using the email associated with Alva Labs.
