Summary
Bridgepointe Technologies is looking for a highly collaborative, technically oriented sales support professional to help Bridgepointe develop, scope, and position UCaaS, CCaaS, customer experience, AI, workforce engagement, BPO, and related technology solutions for prospective customers. This is a fast-paced role supporting a large volume of simultaneous opportunities across Bridgepointe Sales Agents, customers, and supplier teams. The candidate will support opportunity qualification, lead discovery and scoping discussions, translate business and technical requirements into solution recommendations, and contribute to high-quality proposals and customer presentations. The ideal candidate will bring exemplary presentation skills, strong technical discovery ability, detailed scoping capability, and the confidence to join customer meetings or presentations with minimal preparation when needed, quickly identify key client pain points, pivot the discussion appropriately, and lead the conversation toward clear next steps and scope definition.
Job Description
Technical Sales Support, Discovery, Scoping, and Solution Consulting
- Support the development of sales opportunities in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment by providing technical consultancy that helps customers define business objectives, operational requirements, and solution priorities.
- Partner with Bridgepointe Sales Agents to understand customer needs, assist with opportunity qualification, and map requirements to appropriate Bridgepointe supplier products, services, and solution portfolios.
- Lead or support customer discovery sessions, including meetings and presentations that may require minimal advance preparation, by quickly identifying key client pain points, asking effective scoping questions, capturing detailed technical notes, documenting current-state environments, and defining functional, technical, integration, reporting, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Provide detailed scoping support across a large volume of simultaneous UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, AI, BPO, workforce engagement, analytics, and managed services opportunities, including documenting assumptions, dependencies, integrations, deployment considerations, supplier engagement requirements, and recommended next steps.
- Update Salesforce Opportunities with clear technical notes, discovery findings, opportunity engagement details, next steps, and information needed to support sales team and supplier follow-up.
- Author technical sections of customer proposals, solution summaries, scope narratives, requirements responses, and related sales-support documentation.
- Collaborate with supplier sales engineering, solution architecture, and product teams to validate recommended solutions, clarify technical fit, and define acceptable proposal approaches.
- Develop and deliver polished, customer-ready presentations that clearly communicate requirements, solution options, supplier positioning, scope considerations, and recommended next steps.
- Demonstrate the ability to pivot quickly during client discussions, adapt discovery paths based on customer responses, and fully lead scoping conversations when the opportunity requires deeper technical or operational guidance.
- Attend supplier meetings, briefings, and enablement sessions to remain current on marketplace offerings, technical capabilities, roadmap updates, differentiation, and positioning.
- Complete supplier trainings as needed to broaden UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, AI, workforce engagement, analytics, and managed services product expertise.
- Assist Marketing and practice leadership with the creation of technical job aids, supplier comparison materials, internal enablement content, customer-facing collateral, and practice development assets.
- Leverage prior experience to support the ongoing development of the UCaaS and CCaaS practice, including refinement of discovery methods, scoping templates, proposal content, and sales enablement processes.
** As this role will be heavily focused on client engagements on the Western half of the U.S., ideal candidates will reside in either Mountain Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time zones.
Experience and Skills
Minimum of 7 years of enterprise sales experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, AI, BPO, customer experience technology, contact center solutions, or related managed services. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience supporting complex customer engagements, conducting technical discovery, developing detailed scopes, and presenting solution recommendations to enterprise stakeholders. Understanding of the following solutions is preferred:

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 annually (plus additional variable compensation)
The posted range reflects the minimum and maximum salary budgeted for this position. Individual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
