Our Cyber Resilience, Security & Connectivity (CRC) practice supports organizations across the full transformation lifecycle, from assessment and strategy through implementation and operational readiness.

We're looking for hands-on Cyber Resilience Consultants who can assess, advise, design, facilitate workshops, and deliver actionable outcomes across high-impact initiatives including Cyber Resilience & Cyber Recovery, Business Continuity & Crisis Management, Zero Trust, Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), Cloud & Hybrid Security, DORA, NIS2, and Operational Resilience.

What You Will Do

• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and identify critical business services, processes, applications, and infrastructure components.
• Assess existing business and IT resilience capabilities and identify critical dependencies.
• Design and improve Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, and Cyber Recovery solutions.
• Define recovery priorities, recovery scenarios, recovery sequencing, and RTO/RPO objectives.
• Evaluate backup, restore, immutability, isolated recovery environments (IRE), and clean room capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, IT, infrastructure, cloud, security, and executive teams.
• Design, prepare, facilitate, and evaluate crisis management exercises and recovery testing programs.
• Produce assessments, resilience roadmaps, recovery plans, executive presentations, and actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Cyber Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or Operational Resilience.
• Proven consulting experience delivering client-facing projects in cybersecurity and resiliency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, perform assessments, and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of workstreams or engagements.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Hands-on expertise in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), BCP, DR, and Cyber Recovery strategy design.
• Experience with recovery testing, crisis governance, dependency mapping, and critical service analysis.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, ISO 22301, or other resilience-related regulatory frameworks.
• Technical expertise in backup, restore, immutability, Isolated Recovery Environments (IRE), and clean room solutions.
• Experience across Data Center, Cloud, and Hybrid Infrastructure environments.
• Background in advising major international or enterprise clients.
