Cyber Security Analyst 1

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide support to cyber team with focus on ongoing ATO activities. Manages hardened containers. Ensure CI/CD conforms to ATO requirements. Supports STIGs, scanning and mitigation of findings. Assists development teams in security within a containerized development workflow. Job Qualifications: Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or a similar science and engineering discipline OR 3+ years of work experience Experience: Familiarity with continuous delivery and containers in federal context preferred. Cybersecurity with Gitlab Ultimate, Stackrox, Fortify preferred. Proficient In Microsoft Office, Gitlab Ultimate, Stackrox, Fortify preferred. Preferred Experience (includes Minimum) Certifications Must be able to obtain Security+ certification within 90 days of hire, if required. Must be able to obtain an operating system certification within 90 days of hire, if required. Competencies & Work Styles Excellent verbal and communication skills Ability to work in a remote team environment. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Great awareness of cybersecurity trends.
