Cyber Security Analyst

At Auxis, we are expanding our elite security operations team in Bogotá and looking for a CSIRT Incident Responder Manager to orchestrate major incident responses, lead advanced threat hunting, and safeguard complex multi-platform environments.

In this critical leadership role, you will manage Major Incident Management (MIM) bridges, drive root-cause analysis, analyze malware/PCAPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fortify our security posture.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 6+ years in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or threat hunting, with at least 2+ years in Major Incident Management (MIM) within a 24x7 CSIRT/MSSP or enterprise setup.
• Core Expertise: Deep hands-on experience handling endpoint security incidents (malware, credential theft, lateral movement), analyzing PCAPs, and applying the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Orchestration & Communication: Proven capability to lead cross-functional incident bridges, maintain real-time timelines, and brief executive and technical stakeholders.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Cybersecurity (or equivalent experience); industry certifications like GCIH, CCFR, or CCFH are highly preferred.
