Job Summary

Disruptive Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Analyst to support cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and continuous monitoring activities for State. The Tech Writer / Analyst will work closely with ISSOs, system owners, security engineers, SCAs, and other cybersecurity stakeholders to maintain system authorization documentation, collect and validate security control evidence, track vulnerabilities and remediation activities, and help ensure information systems remain compliant and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain system assessment templates, scoring rubrics, interview guides, and data call artifacts.
  
• Prepare Draft/Final System Assessment Profiles, dependency/integration matrices, modernization recommendations, and Final Assessment Report.
  
• Ensure documentation aligns with DOS standards, privacy/records requirements, and Section 508 accessibility.
  
• Support weekly/biweekly progress reports; coordinate review cycles and incorporate Government comments into final deliverables.
  

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity, or related cybersecurity experience, and a Bachelor's degree.
