CyberArk Engineer (NV1)

Green Light have an exciting opportunity for a high calibre, experienced CyberArk Engineer (NV1) to join one of our delivery partners on an existing cybersecurity program. This role will play a key part in the design, implementation, integration and ongoing enhancement of the organisation's CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on CyberArk engineering expertise and be responsible for building, configuring, supporting and optimising CyberArk solutions across complex enterprise environments. The role will work closely with infrastructure, security, application and project teams to deliver secure privileged access controls and ensure best practice PAM capabilities are implemented.

This role can be worked from any capital city with a main office - Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide. The role will require you to go into the office in your capital city to get setup but the role will be WFH/remote as the team is located around Australia.

This role does require an active AGSVA NV1 clearance at a minimum. Consultants that do not hold this minimum requirement will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure and deploy CyberArk PAM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Install, configure and support CyberArk components including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), CPM, PSM, PVWA and PTA.
• Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, Windows, Linux, databases, cloud platforms and third-party applications.
• Onboard privileged accounts, applications, servers and service accounts into the CyberArk platform.
• Configure password management, session monitoring, access controls and privileged access workflows.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline onboarding, account management and operational support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk platform issues, performance concerns and integration challenges.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, maintenance and lifecycle management activities.
• Work closely with security architects and project teams to implement PAM solutions aligned with security and compliance requirements.
• Produce technical documentation, operational runbooks and engineering standards.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for CyberArk-related incidents and service requests.

Experience

• Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM solutions within large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with CyberArk EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PTA and Privileged Access Management best practices.
• Experience onboarding and managing privileged accounts, service accounts and application credentials.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Entra ID and LDAP integration.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with cloud platforms, enterprise applications and security tools.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python or REST APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across CyberArk infrastructure and integrations.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), security governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working within enterprise project and operational support environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
