The role We are hiring a remote Cybersecurity Analyst covering Asia hours. This role supplements our Africa and Dubai teams so Vigilbase can provide better follow-the-sun coverage, faster response, and stronger 24/7 support for customers. What you will do Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts during Asia time-zone coverage. Support customer security operations, escalations, and incident workflows. Use Flarehawk and related tools to document investigations, reduce noise, and improve handoffs. Coordinate with Africa, Dubai, and North America coverage teams to maintain continuity. Write clear investigation notes, customer summaries, and escalation recommendations. Improve analyst playbooks, shift handoffs, and operational quality. What we are looking for Experience in SOC, cybersecurity operations, incident response, IT security, or technical support. Availability to work Asia business hours or agreed shift coverage. Strong written communication and careful handoff discipline. Understanding of alerts, logs, endpoint/network/cloud signals, and investigation workflows. Comfort working remotely with distributed international teams. Nice to have Experience with SIEM, EDR, Cloudflare, cloud platforms, ticketing systems, or case management workflows. Experience in an MSP, MSSP, SOC, or customer support environment. Relevant security certifications or equivalent practical experience.
