Cybersecurity Analyst Support Vigilbase customers during North America hours as part of a distributed security operations team built around Flarehawk. The role We are hiring a remote Cybersecurity Analyst covering North America hours. This role supplements our Africa and Dubai teams so Vigilbase can provide stronger follow-the-sun coverage, faster customer response, and better 24/7 operational support. What you will do Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts during North America hours. Support customer security operations, escalations, and incident workflows. Use Flarehawk and related tools to document investigations, reduce noise, and improve handoffs. Coordinate with Africa, Dubai, and Asia coverage teams to maintain continuity. Write clear internal and customer-facing notes, summaries, and recommendations. Improve playbooks, escalation paths, and shift handoff quality. What we are looking for Experience in SOC, cybersecurity operations, incident response, IT security, or technical support. Availability to work North America business hours or agreed shift coverage. Strong written communication and disciplined handoff habits. Understanding of alerts, logs, endpoint/network/cloud security signals, and investigation workflows. Comfort working remotely with a distributed international team. Nice to have Experience with SIEM, EDR, Cloudflare, cloud platforms, ticketing systems, or case management workflows. Experience in an MSP, MSSP, SOC, or customer support environment. Relevant security certifications or equivalent practical experience.
